Anna is part of our Cloud 9 Client Support team, ensuring our clients feel looked after at every stage of their journey with us.

She is part of our digital client support system, designed to ensure fast and continuous assistance for our clients, and acts as a support extension of Martina — helping us maintain our high standard of responsiveness and care.

Anna assists with day-to-day communication, onboarding guidance, document requests, and general account support — helping keep everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.

She works closely with Martina and the wider team to make sure client queries are responded to promptly and that no detail is ever missed.

Her focus is simple — to make every client interaction feel easy, supported, and stress-free.
