Anna is Cloud 9’s AI assistant, part of our Client Support team. She helps make sure our clients feel looked after at every stage of their journey with us.

Working as a digital extension of our managing team, Anna helps us respond quickly and keep our high standard of care, even outside office hours.

She assists with day-to-day communication, onboarding guidance, document requests and general account questions, keeping everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Anything that needs professional judgement, such as tax advice, accounts or decisions about your business, is always handled personally by our qualified team.
